1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CallYourPlug (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at callyourplug.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

CallYourPlug provides:

• Business intelligence and automation systems consulting
• Managed lead funnel subscriptions (DIY, Assisted Launch, Done For You)
• The Plugged-In Portal — a software platform for revenue optimization
• Free diagnostic assessments and growth resources
• Revenue systems audits (by application)

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Funnel subscriptions are billed monthly and are month-to-month unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Your service continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Setup fees and one-time charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize recurring charges.

4. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to deliver the services you have purchased.

You may export your content at any time. Upon cancellation, we will provide your data in a standard format upon request within 30 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software or proprietary systems
• Resell or redistribute our services without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

All CallYourPlug branding, software, methodologies (including BISA), templates, funnel designs, and proprietary systems are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your business.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Results depend on factors including your market, offer, execution, and audience.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallYourPlug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to our business or other users.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
